CRI Vice-President is appointed by the decree of President Dokka Umarov

The administration of the President of CRI has distributed the decree of the head of Chechen state, Dokka Umarov on appointing of the Vice-President CRI.

Being guided by the chapters 75 and 76 Constitutions of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and by the CRI Law «On the military situation »,

 

I decide:

 

To appoint Abdullayev Supyan as a Vice-President of CRI

Brief information

 

Abdullaev Supjan, the Chechen, the native of the village of Hattuni CRI. He belongs to the teip of Tsadaharoy. He was born on November, 8th, 1956 in the Kazakhstan deportation.

 

After removal of restriction on movement of the Chechens deported by a communistic regime, together with parents he has returned to the Chechen Republic. He has finished a school, then pedagogical school. He has been educated in the Chechen-Ingush State University. After finishing of his studies in the university he worked at schools of Vedenskiy district.

 

He was taught to Islam at Chechen, and Dagestan scholars. He also was a teacher of Islam for children at religious schools (madrasah).

 

He was one of the organizers of a party of "Islamic Revival », operated in the USSR on the end of 80th years.

 

Since 1991 he accepted active participation in revolutionary events in the Chechen Republic on overthrow of the pro-Moscow communistic regime in CRI. Till 1994 he headed Islamic center ar-Risalah in Djokhar.

 

On November, 26th, 1994 in structure of fighting group of Islamic Jama'at of  Chechnya he has taken part in operations on suppression of mutiny of the pro-Russian gangs which by means of tank grouping of the Kantemirovskiy division have intruded in the Chechen capital.

 

After that fight the Islamic battalion, in structure of which Supjan Abdullaev accepted active participation in the subsequent city fights, has been organized, protecting the center of capital, after intrusion of the Russian armies and the beginning of large-scale military actions on December, 11th, 1994.

 

During 1994-1996 he accepted active participation in operations against Russian occupational formations in a post of the assistant to the commander of the Islamic battalion. In August, 1996, he participated in the clearing of Grozniy (Djokhar). He commanded by separate groups of mojaheds, which was operating in the center of capital at attacks on the buildings of FSB, « 6 departments », « houses of the government », in area of stadium " Dynamo ", and another places.

 

After the first war he has been appointed by president Maskhadov to a post of deputy minister of the MSSS (the Ministry of Shariah State Security) on educational work with staff.

 

With the beginning of new aggression of Russia against CRI, September, 1^st,1999 year, he accepts active participation in operations against invaders all over again in a post of the assistant to the commander of the Islamic brigade «Jundullah», then in a post of the commander. He is the participant of city fights for Djokhar in 1999-2000 years.

 

On the summer of 2002, by the order of President Maskhadov he has been entered into structure of the SCD Madjlisul-Shura CRI and in the structure of Military Committee of the SCD Madjlisul-Shura CRI. By the decree of CRI President, he has been appointed as a Minister of Finance.

 

Since autumn of 2003, he headed Shali's direction of the East Front AF CRI.

 

During fighting operations he has received numerous wounds. A military rank - the brigade general.
