The murder of a Kadyrov's former bodyguard Umar Israilov is unfolding with new scandalous details. It turns out that the Austrian secret service knew in advance about the upcoming murder and even participated in its preparation.
According to the German magazine Der Spiege, an active role in the murder of Israilov, as it turned out, was played by a secret informer of Austrian political police "Vienna Bureau of Federal Agency for Protection of Constitution and Fighting Terrorism", a Chechen Kosum Yesherkayev.
Kosum Yesherkayev played an active role in planning the murder. In the circles of the investigation, Kosum Yesherkayev is considered to be a "flee helper" and a "determining criminal" (Bestimmungstäter). His brother, who has been handed over to Austria from Poland, a participant in the murder of Israilov, Turpal Ali Yesherkayev is one of 3 persons, officially accused of the murder.
After the operation on murdering Israilov, Kosum Yesherkayev phoned his supervisor in the secret police and, with police consent, returned to Chechnya. From Chechnya, Yesherkayev permanently called the secret police office in Vienna and coordinated the work of the policemen.
The speaker of the Austrian Interior Ministry, Rudolf Golia, lied on Saturday to Austrian reporters: "Kosum Yesherkayev has never been an informer of the Agency for Protection of the Constitution (it seem to be a democratic constitution - KC) and Fighting Terrorism (who is a terrorist, by the way?). Neither at the level of a province nor at the federal level".
But on Sunday, September 5, he was forced to admit:
"Yes, the Agency for Protection of the Constitution and Fighting Terrorism was in contact with Kosum Yesherkayev before and after the murder of Israilov".
A member of the Austrian Parliament from the Green Party, Peter Pilz, who investigates the crimes of the Austrian secret police, said:
"A collaboration between the Russian FSB (former KGB) and the Austrian Federal Agency for Protection of the Constitution and Fighting Terrorism is obvious. If the issue with the informer is confirmed, then the Office for the Protection of the Constitution will have serious problems.
Then, at least, it is obvious that Israilov was killed under the supervision of the Agency for Protection of the Constitution. We shall, of course, investigate that matter in the subcommittee of the Austrian parliament and will demand an explanation from the Interior Minister Maria Fekter (political police in Austria is subordinated to the Interior Ministry - KC) and the head of the Agency for Protection of the Constitution Peter Gridling", the Vienna newspaper Kurier reports.
It is to be recalled that the Austrian political police operates for "Chechen cases" under the supervision of the resident of the Russian terrorist gang of the KGB. The head of the FSB residency in Vienna is Colonel Said-Selim Peshkhoev, listed at the post of a gatekeeper at the Russian Embassy.
The "gatekeeper" has his own office in the headquarters of the Austrian secret police in Ring Street n Vienna and directs from there covert and overt operations of the Austrian secret police.
