Media outlets write agains about Putin's intention to settle in Spain

Publication time: 26 January 2012, 23:31
In a report, entitled "Putin en Marbella", Spanish newspaper SUR confirmed the information that Putin is building for himself a luxury bunker in southern Spain. The newspaper writes:

"There are rumors (and not for the first time) that Putin is looking for a home in Spain and is going to settle in Marbella. In no other place these rumors would not be so reliable as in Marbella.

Our editors are continously receiving for two days already phone calls with requests to confirm these rumors. However, this particular case refers to a person who has managed to build wild capitalism in his country without abandoning the secrecy of information, which was characteristic for his Communist predecessors.

The assets of Putin and his personal life are under taboo in Russia. Here is just one example: his wife, who earlier accompanied him everywhere, vanished a long time ago, and no one in Moscow dares to ask what happened to her. And also to ask Putin, where he bought a house.

La Sagaleta, in which, according to rumors, there is a new house of Putin, is the perfect place for this person. Not just because he bought a house and land from his former mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov, but also because it is one of the few places in the area of Marbella - formally belonging to the neighboring municipality of Benahavis - which is closed to the public.

To those curious, who are not invited by local inhabitants, the access is blocked by a barrier. And absolute silence reigns there.

It is known that permission was sought and received for building a house on one of Luzhkov's plots (of course, it is not about such minor things as a plot of 300 meters), and it caused rumors.

All this coincided with a real estate fair, entitled "Russian Meeting Point", which aims to ensure the contacts between the banks that own luxurious property and Russian investors. According to the rumors, an unexpected announcement will be made in March at the presentation of the fair.

We must check whether the previous rumors coincide with the real estate fair. Sometimes it is enough just to add one plus one", writes the Spanish newspaper.
